Accommodation Statuses

Overview

On this page you define Booking Statuses and Action Codes that you can apply to registrants' accommodation bookings.

Booking Statuses and Action Codes are maintained independently of the statuses in Travel > Configure, which cover travel bookings.

Booking Statuses and Action Codes are intended for internal use by the planners managing the event's accommodation.

You can add Booking Statuses and Action Codes to an attendee's record on Manage > Registrations > (Attendee) > Accommodations under Hotel Confirmation Information, where these fields are optional.

How Booking Statuses and Action Codes are configured, if at all, depends entirely on your accommodation booking procedures.

Internal reports or hotel communications can include Booking Statuses and Action Codes.

For example, Accommodation Action Status and Accommodation Booking Status can be added as columns on a "Room Reservations" report.
