Accommodation Statuses
Accommodation Statuses are the Booking Statuses and the Action Codes that can be applied to registrants' accommodation bookings. Booking Statuses and Action Codes are maintained independently of the statuses in Travel > Configure. The intended users are internal planners who manage the event's accommodation. Booking Statuses and Action Codes can be added to an attendee's record on Manage > Registrations > (Attendee) > Accommodations. In the attendee record, Booking Statuses and Action Codes appear under the Hotel Confirmation Information section and are optional fields. How the configuration is performed depends entirely on the accommodation booking procedures. Booking Statuses and Action Codes can be included on reports for internal use or to send to a hotel. For example, Accommodation Action Status and Accommodation Booking Status can appear as columns on a "Room Reservations" report.

Accommodation Booking Status
Accommodation Booking Status is the current status of an attendee's accommodation booking.
Examples of Booking Status values include:
- New Booking
- Pending Confirmation
- Upgrade
- Replacement Booking
Accommodation Action Code
Accommodation Action Code indicates what action the planner or travel staff should take next for a booking with this code.
Examples of Action Code values include:
- Change Request
- Upgrade Required
- Review Accessibility
Adding and Managing
To add a Booking Status or an Action Code, type its name and click Save.
The Actions column includes:
- Edit
- Delete
- Save
- Cancel
