Account Report List
Account Report List shows a list of all Account Reports, System Reports, and Role-Based Reports. The page is accessed via Account Settings > Reports > Report List.
Previewing a Report
To preview a report, click its Report Name or its Preview icon.
Editing a Report
To edit a report, click in the Actions column. The symbol in the Actions column indicates the report cannot be edited.
Deleting a Report
To delete a report, click the X in the Actions column.
Favoriting a Report
To favorite a report, click the star in the Actions column.
Creating a New Report
To create a new report, setting it up from scratch, click Add Report at the top of the page.
Copying a Report
To copy an existing report, using the Report Copy Wizard, either:
- Click Copy in the Actions column.
- Or click Copy Report at the top of the page and select the report in the wizard.
Filtering the Reports Listed
To show only a specific group of reports, select a Filter from the drop-down list:
- All Reports — Displays all reports
- Account Reports — Reports available to this account
- Role-based Reports — Reports assigned to specific roles in this account
- System Reports — Reports available to all events
