Access via: Account Settings > Administration > Account Usage (for Administrators only)

Tracking Account Usage and Billable Transactions

On the Account Usage page, administrators can generate activity reports showing numbers of events, registrations, imports, and test registrations within the specified date range. The report can be generated on the current account or across all sub-accounts. Results can be exported to Excel.

Generating Usage Reports

Enter the date range for which you would like to review account usage going back as far as August 1, 2008, when the report data was available. Also note that the dates specified are inclusive (e.g., if the start date is 7/25 and end date is 8/1 then all items with dates greater than 7/24 and less than 8/2 are included in the report result).

Enter the account(s) for which you would like to review usage.

You will be presented with a summary list that includes the following:
