Account Usage

Access via Account Settings > Administration > Account Usage (for Administrators only). Administrators can generate activity reports showing numbers of events, registrations, imports, and test registrations within a specified date range. The report can be generated on the current account or across all sub-accounts, and results can be exported to Excel.

Tracking Account Usage and Billable Transactions

Events

Events are the number of events that were marked with a “Live” Event Status within the specified date range. If an event was created within the date range, but did not go to a “Live” event status, it will not be counted.

Billable Registrations

Billable Registrations are all active and inactive registrations (with a "Date Completed") that are not marked as “Test.” Note that imported registrations do not count until they become "complete" (i.e., the Date Completed field is populated).

Imports

Imports are all imports, either to create new registrations or to make modifications to existing registrations. Note that test imports (when the event status is “Testing”) are not counted in the number of imports.

Test Registrations

Test Registrations are all registrations marked as “Test” on the Registrations > Profile page (this is for information purposes only and not billable).

Generating Usage Reports

Enter the date range for which you would like to review account usage going back as far as August 1, 2008, when the report data was available. Also note that the dates specified are inclusive (e.g., if the start date is 7/25 and end date is 8/1 then all items with dates greater than 7/24 and less than 8/2 are included in the report result).

Enter the account(s) for which you would like to review usage.

You will be presented with a summary list that includes the following:

The summary includes Number of Events.
The summary includes Number of Billable Registrations.
Within the Billable Registrations view, you may select from three reports.

Registration Details

Registration Details contains all registrations for your selection.

Registrations Summary by Event

Registrations Summary by Event summarizes billable registrations by event.

Registrations Summary by Account

Registrations Summary by Account summarizes billable registrations by account.

The summary includes Number of Imports.
The summary includes Number of Test Registrations.
Meeting Requests (Meeting requests are collected if the optional Meeting Requests sub-module of the Strategic Meetings Management Module is enabled for the account.)
