Tracking Account Usage and Billable Transactions

Account Usage page administrators can generate activity reports that show numbers of events, registrations, imports, and test registrations within a specified date range. Administrators can generate the report on the current account or across all sub-accounts. Administrators can export report results to Excel.

Account Usage includes the following details:

If an event was created within the date range, but did not go to a “Live” event status, the event is not counted.

Imported registrations do not count until imported registrations become “complete”.

“Complete” means the Date Completed field is populated.

Test imports are not counted in the number of imports.

Test imports occur when the event status is “Testing”.

Test Registrations are for information purposes only and not billable.

Generating Usage Reports

1. Enter the date range for which the account usage review will occur. The account usage review can go back as far as August 1, 2008, when the report data was available. The dates specified are inclusive. If the start date is 7/25 and the end date is 8/1, all items with dates greater than 7/24 and less than 8/2 are included in the report result. 2. Enter the account(s) for which the account usage review will occur.

Within the Billable Registrations view, Administrators may select from three reports.

Meeting requests are collected if the optional Meeting Requests sub-module of the Strategic Meetings Management Module is enabled for the account.
