Adding an email address as a hyperlink

It is common to add a email contact information in the contents of an email. To make the email address clickable, set the contact email address as a hyperlink:

On the email template, highlight the email address
Click the hyperlink icon
Set link type to Email
Type in the email address, subject, and body
Click OK, then Save
