Adding an email address as a hyperlink

It is common to add a email contact information in the contents of an email. To make the email address clickable, set the contact email address as a hyperlink:

• On the email template, highlight the email address
• Click the hyperlink icon
• Set link type to Email
• Type in the email address, subject, and body
• Click OK, then Save
