Administration Overview
Administration Overview is an administrators-only page in the Certain Help Center.
Access
Access is User Information and Account Settings > Account Settings > Administration (For Administrators only).
Administration access is intended for administrators only. (Note: this sentence reflects the original emphasis that access is restricted.)
Display
Display Header Options are shown here.
- Custom shows if a custom display header has been defined for the current account.
- Use parent account shows if no custom display header has been defined.
- To change the selected option to the other one, click to go to the Display Header page.
Account
The Account section shows information about the current account.
- The Created date is shown.
- The Modified date is shown.
- The Web Services Key is shown.
- The Web Services Key was formerly the Access Key.
- Click to edit details on the Account Information page.
Sub-Accounts
Sub-Accounts shows sub-accounts that are direct sub-accounts of the current account.
- The list may be a multi-page list.
- Click a row to see/edit setup details of that sub-account.
- Click to edit details on the Sub-Accounts page, including adding new sub-accounts.
Users
Users lists users set up in the current account.
- The list may be a multi-page list.
- Click a row to see and edit detailed User Information for that user.
- Click the Login ID email link to send an email to that user.
- Click to go to the User Information page, where you can add new users, as well as editing existing user details.
Account Usage
Account Usage page tracks account usage and billable transactions.
