All Registrations By Status

Overview

The All Registrations By Status report shows the number of complete and incomplete registrations for an event, grouped by their registration status.

The report includes two pie charts and a report table.

The report can be exported to Excel by clicking the export control.

Pie charts exist for Complete registrations and for Incomplete registrations.

Each pie chart has one segment per attendee type, representing a percentage of the total in that chart.

Move the cursor over a segment to see the status, number of registrations, and percentage of the total it represents.

Click a segment to see a list of those registrations.

Table shows columns for Complete, Incomplete, and Total registrations.

Move the cursor over a status to see its description and classification.

Click any of the numbers in the report to see a list of the registrations making up that number.

Custom Statuses

Custom registration statuses can be set up in Plan > Configure > Custom Statuses in addition to the eleven standard registration statuses.

Status and Classification

Each event has 11 standard registration statuses and may also have any number of custom registration statuses.

A status is classified as one of four: Accepted, Pending, Denied, Cancelled.

The All Registrations By Status report includes registrations in all four status classifications.

Tip: Hover to see status classification

To see how the assigned registration statuses are classified, hover the name of a status (e.g., New, No-Show, Cancelled, etc.).

For example, hovering over "New" shows "New Registration (Default) Accepted".

Completed Registrations and Attendee Type

Completed Registrations by Attendee Type is another report on the same Event Dashboard page.

The Completed Registrations by Attendee Type report does not include denied registrations, cancelled registrations, or incomplete registrations.

If the event has any registrations that are cancelled, denied, or incomplete, then the total number of complete registrations in All Registrations By Status will not equal the total in Completed Registrations by Attendee Type.
