Capacity planning is an extension of the Agenda feature. Under Features & Menu > Agenda, check the box labeled Allow Session Registration. Certain Platform for session capacity management requires selecting "Platform Managed". Touchpoint session capacity management requires selecting "Touchpoint Managed".
Agenda > Edit Session
Open the edit view of the session.
Toggle Registration Required and Capacity Constrained checkboxes to turn on capacity planning for that session.
Set session capacity in the "Capacity" entry field when capacity is being managed directly in the Touchpoint dashboard. Ignore the "Capacity" entry field when capacity is being managed by Certain Platform.
> Note: Session can be Schedule > Session Scheduled > Unavailable Session > Cannot Reserve Warning
Reports > My Schedule Report
The My Schedule Report lets you monitor available seats in each of your locations.
To see which attendees have scheduled a particular session, select the Scheduled value. Selecting Scheduled brings up a list of attendees who have added that session to their My Schedule.

Session can be Schedule
A session can be schedule in the mobile Agenda view.
The Register option is shown.
Session Scheduled
A session shows as Session Scheduled in the mobile Agenda view.
The UnRegister option is shown.
Unavailable Session
An Unavailable Session shows in the mobile Agenda view.
Cannot Reserve Warning
A Cannot Reserve Warning shows in the mobile Agenda view.
The warning message states: "Sorry, this session's capacity is full."
