The Certain Platform also supports sending engagement data to one or more external systems in a marketing technology stack via outbound flow in Signal.

When configuring outbound flow, select the option appropriate to the event so the flow triggers as engagement data is populated.

Create Zoom & ON24 Webinars

Never leave the Certain Platform to create a Zoom or ON24 webinar or meeting.

The Certain Platform offers the ability to create webinars and meetings directly from Certain.

Select the presentation type (live audio and video or On-Demand) and the host(s).

This capability is in addition to linking an existing webinar/meeting, which was released in Certain 7.0.

The Touchpoint app creates engaging experiences for users.

With the latest release, the Touchpoint web application UI has been rebuilt from the ground up.
