Provisioning and Access
Touchpoint will create the necessary certificates and provisioning profiles for publishing your app if Touchpoint has access to your developer.apple.com account and iTunes Connect.
In special circumstances your IT department may need to create these credentials themselves and share with Touchpoint.
This process requires additional time, planning and coordination between Touchpoint and your organization.
Please allow at least an extra 10 business days to your timeline.
Required Credentials
Touchpoint will need the following in order to build a signed application that can be delivered to the public App Store:
- App ID
- Production iOS Distribution Certificate (.p12)
- Production App Push Services Certificate (.p12)
- Distribution Provisioning Profile
Please also provide us with the password that was used to export your certificates.
