Overview
Conference Catalogs lets users manage session catalogs and speaker catalogs.
The Catalog List shows all configured catalogs.
Syncing Sessions and Speakers
Sync Sessions
The synchronization process ensures that session data remains current in the catalog.
Click Sync Sessions to open a pop-up window.
In the window, click a button to ensure that all sessions with a status of Published, Scheduled, Qualified, or Cancelled are available for inclusion in the Session Catalog.
Allow one to two minutes for the changes to appear in the catalog(s).
After syncing, continue using the Catalog Designer to fine-tune selections.
Sync Speakers
The synchronization process ensures that speaker data remains current in the catalog.
Click Sync Speakers to open a pop-up window.
In the window, click a button to ensure that all speakers with up-to-date data are available for inclusion in the Speaker Catalog.
Allow one to two minutes for the changes to appear in the catalog(s).
After syncing, continue using the Catalog Designer to fine-tune selections.
Add a new Catalog
1. Enter a Catalog Name.
2. Select a Catalog Type: Session, or Speaker.
3. Click Save.
4. The Session Catalog Designer or Speaker Catalog Designer opens in a new browser tab.
5. Note: The designer looks and feels different to the rest of the Certain Platform. It may take some getting used to, but you may like it.
6. Step through the wizard in that designer to configure your catalog, clicking Save & Next on each page.

8. The Catalog List described below now includes your new catalog.
Catalog List
All existing Session Catalogs and Speaker Catalogs are listed.
The following icons appear first: Copy link; copy the link to the catalog.
These standard icons are in the Actions column: Copy, Edit, View, Delete.
Copy the catalog so that you can edit the copy.
Edit the catalog (which you can also do by just clicking the row).
View the public-facing catalog in a new browser window.
Delete the catalog.
