Conference Catalogs
Access via: (event) > Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Catalog List.
Catalog List lists any Session Catalog and Speaker Catalogs that have been configured.
Add a Catalog opens the Add a new Catalog panel described below.
Syncing Sessions and Speakers
Sync Sessions – As you add and edit sessions, sometimes the data used by the Session Catalog may become out of sync.
Click Sync Sessions to open a pop-up window where you can click a button to ensure that all sessions with a status of Published, Scheduled, Qualified, or Cancelled are available for you to include in the Session Catalog.
Sync Speakers – As for Sessions, as you add and edit speakers, sometimes the data used by the Session Catalog may become out of sync.
Click Sync Speakers to open a pop-up window where you can click a button to ensure that all Speakers with up-to-date data are available for you to include in the Speaker Catalog.
In both cases, allow a minute or two before the changes are reflected in the catalog(s).
After syncing, continue using the Catalog Designer to fine-tune your selections.
Add a new Catalog
Enter a Catalog Name.
Select a Catalog Type: Session, or Speaker.
Click Save.
The the Session Catalog Designer or Speaker Catalog Designer opens in a new browser tab.
Note: The designer looks and feels different to the rest of Certain Platform.
It may take some getting used to, but we think you'll like it.
Step through the wizard in that designer to configure your catalog, clicking Save & Next on each page.

You return to the Catalog List described below, which now includes your new catalog.
Catalog List
All existing Session Catalogs and Speaker Catalogs are listed, with these icons first:
- Copy link; copy the link to the catalog.
- Edit name: edit the Catalog Name.
These standard icons are in the Actions column:
- Copy the catalog so that you can edit the copy.
- Edit the catalog (which you can also do by just clicking the row).
- View the public-facing catalog in a new browser window.
- Delete the catalog.
