Content Blocks (At Account Level)
Introduction
Content Block is a block of HTML content that can be displayed in multiple places.
Content Blocks can be created at the account level to apply across multiple events.
Event-level content blocks can be created in Event Setup > Content Display > Content Blocks.
Account-level blocks reduce the need to configure the same content for each event.
Content Blocks can be used in:
- Email Templates (including Speaker Email Templates, Reviewer Email Templates, and Digital Event Templates)
- Forms
- Websites
- Event Display Shell
- Printable Confirmations
A content block can be displayed by selecting it in the same way as any dynamic data field. Display Rules in an event can control conditional display. Event Setup > Display Rules is the location to configure these rules.
Example: A rule could display a content block with text relevant to C-Suite executives only if the profile's Position is "CEO" or "CMO".
Content Blocks (Account Level) access is available to administrators via: Account Settings > Management > Content Blocks
