Controlling Which Sessions Display on the Session Catalog

Filtering Sessions

Administrators access the Session Catalog by following the path Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Catalog List > Go To Catalog List.

The Data area allows filtering for Highlighted, Promoted, and General sessions.

Click the "Add more session(s)" button to add to the list of Highlighted or Promoted sessions.

Note: Only sessions with a Published status will be available in the Highlighted or Promoted lists.

Setting Display Options

Administrators navigate to Data > General > Default Filters to find all display options for sessions that appear in the General Session Catalog section.

Filters can be based on Session Track.

Filters can be based on Session Type.

Filters can be based on Session Status.

Filters can be based on Attendee Type allowed to view the General Section.
