Overview
This Report Copy Wizard enables you to copy a Supplier report.
This is useful if you wish to create a new report that varies only slightly from an existing one.
Steps to copy a Supplier Report
Step 1: Access the wizard
- Click Copy Report above the list of reports on the Supplier Reports page.
- Click Next.
- Select the report to copy.
- Click the Copy icon next to a report in that list.
Step 2: Name and describe
- Name the new report.
- Or accept the default, which appends "(Copy)" to the name of the original.
- Give the report a Description that tells other users about the function of the report.
Step 3: Grouping
- Optionally, select a Group that will determine where the report displays in the reports list.
- You can instead enter the name of a New Group.
Step 4: Next
- Click Next.
Step 5: Confirmation
- Check the details displayed in the Report Copy Confirmation.
Step 6: Finish and copy another
- Either click Finish to close the wizard, or Back to change details.
- On the final screen, you can click either Finish or "Click here to copy another report".
