Countries Available in Certain
Countries Available in Certain defines how Certain determines which countries appear in the Country drop-down menu.
Certain uses the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Country list to determine which countries are available in the Country drop-down menu.
This ensures that the information in the Certain Platform matches other systems that Certain integrates with, such as Paypal, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.
If a country is not on the ISO Country list, Certain cannot add it to the Country drop-down. Doing so would break Certain Platform's integration with other systems that also use the same standard for countries.
The Country field is available as a standard profile attribute, and can be added to forms collecting registrant information:
1. From an event, select Plan > Forms > Registrant Details 2. Add Country in the Select Fields section 3. Set the text to display and the available values (or all) for the Country attribute
