Certain uses the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Country list to determine which countries are available in the Country drop-down menu. This ensures that the information in the Certain Platform matches other systems that Certain integrates with, such as Paypal, Marketo, Eloqua, etc. If a country is not on the ISO Country list, Certain cannot add it to the Country drop-down. This restriction prevents Certain Platform from breaking integration with other systems that use the same country standard.
The Country field is available as a standard profile attribute. The Country field can be added to forms that collect registrant information:
1. From an event, select Plan > Forms > Registrant Details 2. Add Country in the Select Fields section 3. Set the text to display and the available values (or all) for the Country attribute
