Display fields are located under Account Settings > Management > Display Fields. Only administrators have access to this area and the ability to create custom display fields. Display fields configure an event’s display. Display fields can be created and then added to the Primary and or Extended Display as Dynamic Data fields. Once created on the account, display fields show in the event under Plan > Content Display > Display fields.

An example adds the logo or a banner image to an event. The logo or banner typically uses an image file type. A display field question type can be created as "Image".

To create a file type Display field, click add new and select question type "Image". Add name, code, and label. Example label is banner. Save the Display field.

An event display updates by adding the custom display field as a Dynamic Data field. Go to Plan > Display > Extended > and use the sample script that can be placed in the Shell Header (HTML to include above the main page <table>). This setup needs advanced knowledge of HTML.

Navigate back to the event. Go to Plan > Content Display > Display fields. Display fields created on the account show here. See examples below.

Any event builder can upload an image for an updated banner from event to event by uploading an image here.

Note: Each account can have up to 45 Display Fields.
