Overview
Display Fields are located under Account Settings > Management > Display Fields.
Only administrators have access to this area.
Administrators can create custom display fields.
Display Fields can be created and then added to the Primary and/or Extended Display as Dynamic Data fields.
After creation on the account, the display fields will show in the event under Plan > Content Display > Display fields.
Use cases
An example is the ability to add the logo or a banner image to an event.
The logo or banner is typically an image file.
You can create a display field using the question type "Image" for the logo or banner.
Creating a file type Display Field
To create a file type Display Field, click Add New and select the question type "Image".
Add name, code, and label; for example, banner, and save.
Dynamic Data field usage
You can then update the event display by adding your custom display field as a Dynamic Data field.
