Customizing Emails Based on Different Registrant Factors/Values
Overview
Display rules are conditions that determine when blocks of content display in emails.
A Content Block is a container that holds the Subject and Body text to display.
If you want the Subject to differ based on responses, you use a separate Content Block for the Subject.
If you want different information in the Body based on the Answer, you use separate Content Blocks for the Body.
Email content can vary based on a registrant's answer to a form question.
