Enable Forgot Password

These fields are added to the form Entry section when you select the Enable Forgot Password option there.

They determine what the registrant sees: 1. On the Entry page itself, to say they have forgotten their password. 2. When they click the Forgot Password link on the Entry page. 3. When they click the Click here to reset your password link in the email.

For the text fields, you can use the default values, or configure any or all of them.

On the Entry page

Default: "Forgot Password?"

Default: "Forgot Password"

Default: "Email Address"

Default: " your email password to start the password reset process."

Default: " Send Password Reset Email"

Default: "CLOSE"

Window seen when entering new password

Default: "Success!"

Default: " An email has been sent to the address you entered, containing a link to enter a new password. To continue with this reset process please close this window and click on that link."

Default: " The link you have used has expired; password reset links must be used within 24 hours. your email address again to receive a new link."

Default: " The link you have used did not match the most recent password reset; please make sure you are using the most recent reset password link, or enter your email address again to receive a new link."

Default: "Enter your new password."
