Event Dashboard

Event Dashboard Overview

The Event Dashboard is the planner’s home page for an event.

Access to the Event Dashboard is available via (Event) > Manage > Registrations, or Event List > Event, or the Event Dashboard breadcrumb in the trail.

The Event Dashboard supports two pages: the Setup Dashboard and the Registration Dashboard.

The system remembers your last page choice between visits, so returning to the Dashboard shows the same page and allows switching to the other page.

On first arrival, the page displays the Setup Dashboard with quick links to major setup areas.

See Setup Dashboard for details.

You can switch to the Registration Dashboard by clicking the Dashboard button.

The Registration Dashboard shows registration summaries and actions such as finding or adding registrations.

See Registration Dashboard for details.

Details Common to Both Dashboards

The common content covers the header and shared functionality for Setup and Registration Dashboards.

Header displays the Event Name, Dates and Times, Location, and Mode (e.g., Test or Live).

The header includes an outline star icon to mark the event as a favorite, making it available from the Favorites global navigation icon.

The header includes a solid star icon to unfavorite an event, removing it from the Favorites list.

Event Details lets you edit those details and many more.

Buttons at the top right lead to pages for these actions:

Find – for registrations.

Add Registration – create a new registration record.

Import – import registration data from an external file.

Import Salesforce Members – import campaign members from associated Salesforce campaigns. Requires a Salesforce Connection to be in place.

Assign Roles – assign roles and a user for each one to this event. Available only to a Registration Support user who’s classified as the Event Owner (as set by the event planner in Plan > Event Details) of the event. Event Planners and Administrators assign roles from Event Setup > Details, but Reg Support users cannot access that page.
