Event Intelligence - Review the performance of multiple events
Event Program Analysis dashboard is meant to answer business questions around the success of a program, whether or not to continue the program, whether to increase or decrease the number of events in the program, and which targets to set for future events of the same kind.This dashboard will help answer the following questions:
- What is the overall success of the program?
- Which events attracted the most attendees, and can we see a pattern (seasonality, location, target...)?
- Which accounts are consistently attending our different events?
- Cost analysis against your number of registrants and attendees
- The use of custom dimensions can help analyze through specific angles such as targeted industries, buying interests, titles returning from one event of the program to the other, etc.

Top Level Metrics
Top Level Metrics are located in the left section of the dashboard, on the left-hand side. Top Level Metrics show the participation funnel from the number of registrations to the number of attendees to the number of engaged attendees.Each percentage is based on the previous layer.
Top Level Metrics per Event
Top Level Metrics per Event are located in the top row section of the dashboard, on the right-hand side. Top Level Metrics per Event show a line/area chart that displays the evolution of the top metrics (registered, attended, engaged) for the selected events by chronological order.Hover over a specific data point to see the total number of registrations in the tooltip.

Cost Analysis per Registration and Attendance
Cost Analysis per Registration and Attendance are located in the bottom row section of the dashboard, on the right-hand side. Cost Analysis per Registration and Attendance are based on the overall cost of each event. Cost Analysis per Registration and Attendance graph plots each event based on both the average cost per registration and the average cost per attendee.The size of each circle (event) is proportional to the total number of registrations for the event.

Representation by Organization
Representation by Organization are located in the top row section of the dashboard. Representation by Organization are shown as a bar chart.The bar chart shows the top organizations by number of participants.
The bar chart calculates participants based on either the number of registrants or attendees, depending on the selection in the top right tile.
This bar chart helps understand the demographics of participants, and helps ensure targeting and attracting proper organizations to event programs.
This bar chart helps ensure participants are engaged during events.
Stacked bart chart representation
Stacked bart chart representation are located in the bottom row section of the dashboard, on the left-hand side. Stacked bart chart representation show the evolution of the composition of each event in chronological order.The size of each segment of the vertical bars is proportional to the number of participants in each category.
The category is either registrants or attendees, depending on the selection in the top right tile.

Dot chart representation
Dot chart representation are located in the bottom row section of the dashboard, on the right-hand side. Dot chart representation are shown as a dot chart.This dot chart provides the repartition of registrations (or attendees) for a given and pre configured dimension.
This dot chart allows comparing the number of registrations (or attendees) from event to event to identify trends/patterns in the event program.
Identified trends/patterns can lead to business decisions and/or actions driven by the data insights.

Top Representation word cloud
Top Representation word cloud are located in the top bottom section of the dashboard, on the right-hand side. Top Representation word cloud are shown as a word cloud.The word cloud displays the top 10 items in each 3 categories with the most participants.
The size of each word is proportional to the number of participants.
The number of participants is either registrants or attendees, depending on the selection in the top right tile.
Hover over a specific word to see the total number of registrations in the tooltip.

Dashboard interactivity
You can use the advanced interactive capabilities of this dashboard to accomplish the following actions:
- Toggle between Registration and Attendance metrics
- Use the Registration and Attendance drop down in the top right-hand side to display the charts by a different representation.
- Highlight/filter specific event(s) in the charts
- Use the Heat map of Selected Events to highlight/filter one or several of them within appropriate charts.
- Filter by Attendee Category
- Use the Attendee Category drop down list to refine the analysis only looking at data that count for the use case (e.g. Customer in Sales Conference, Partner in partner summit, etc...)
