The current Account is shown after the Account Selector icon (below the and logo in the upper left corner). This is standard across all pages on Certain Platform.

To change the account you're working in:

1. Click the Account Selector icon. 2. A pop-up Accounts window opens, listing the accounts and sub-accounts you have access to. 3. Click the account or sub-account you want to go to. 4. You remain on the Event List page, but are now in a different account.

Global Navigation Icons

Wherever you are in Certain, you see the same five global navigation icons in the top right corner. See for explanations of each.

Menu

The menu icon at top-left displays this drop-down menu of account-level options. It's there on all Certain platform pages.

Logging Out

To log out of Certain, from whatever page you are on, click > [Logout] in the global navigation icons at top right.

Recent Items

This panel on the right lists shortcuts to the items you have accessed most recently: individual events, registrations, forms, etc.

Filters

You can limit the list of events displayed using various filters. Your choices are remembered when you return to the Event List.

Click the Magnifying Glass button to apply filters you've changed.
