When you log into Certain as a Reports Only user, you see this list of the reports available to you in current and upcoming events in which you are assigned a role.
Click the name of a report to run it on the data in that event.

Roles
Roles are account-level setup objects for Certain.
A role’s information includes the users available to fill it.
Users
Users are user records in Certain.
Administrators may also make a user availability for a role via that person’s user record.
Reports
Reports are report objects in Certain.
Event Builders and Administrators can make reports available to role-based users when creating or editing the reports.
Events
Events are event setup objects in Certain.
Event Builders and Administrators can assign roles to users when setting up an event.
Role assignment for an event requires the account to have roles set up and users made available to fill those roles.

Filter
Filter controls the event list view.
By default, only Current and Upcoming events are listed.
Select a different view from the drop-down list.
All events
All active events in the current account.
Current and Upcoming Events
Events that end in the future.
Recently Ended Events
Events that ended in the last 90 days.
Archive
Events older than 90 days.
Inactive Events
Events that are not active.
Event List
The list shows the Start Date, Name and Location of each event.
The reports available are listed below the event headings with these three columns. You can click a column heading to sort the events by the values in that column. You can click the column heading again to reverse the sort order.
Report Name
Report Name is the report’s clickable name.
Click the report name to run that report on the data in that event.
The report opens in a separate window.
Close the report window when the report is finished.
Description
Description is the report description column.
Edit
Edit indicates that you can’t edit the report.
The icon indicates that you can’t edit the report.
Logging Out
To log out of Certain, whatever page you are on, click Logout.
Click Logout in the global navigation icons in the top right corner of the page.
