Overview
Event Session Status Summary Report is a summary of the numbers of attendees registered for each instance of the event's sessions.
You can click to export the report to Excel.
You can drill down from each session instance to a list of registrations.
For each session, as set up on (and scheduled in the Grid View of) the Sessions page, the Event Session Status Summary Report lists:
- Session Name is the label for the name of the session.
- Session Instance is the specific instance of the session.
- Start Date/Time is the start date and time of the session.
- End Date/Time is the end date and time of the session.
- Location is where the session takes place.
- Session Capacity and Waitlist Limit identify the capacity of the session and the waitlist limit.
- Registered is the number of attendees that have selected, or been assigned to, the session.
- Cancelled is the number of registrations that have been cancelled.
- Waitlisted is the number currently on the waitlist for that session instance.
- Attended is the number that attended.
- No Show is the number that did not attend, although they were registered.
Click the Session Name or a number to open a Report Results window listing the registrations.
A tip is to process waitlists by using Mass Actions in the Report Results window.
Drill down to the Waitlisted registrations.
Note: The Event Session Status Summary Report is only available if the Speaker and Session Management module is enabled for the account.
This option is located in Plan > Configure > Options.
