Event Session Status Summary Report is a summary of the numbers of attendees registered for each instance of the event's sessions.
The report can be exported to Excel.
You can drill down from each session instance to a list of registrations.
Report Data and Columns
Session Name: The name of the session.
Session Instance: The specific session instance.
Start Date/Time: The starting date and time of the session.
End Date/Time: The ending date and time of the session.
Location: The location of the session.
Session Capacity: The maximum number of attendees allowed for the session.
Waitlist Limit: The maximum number of attendees allowed on the waitlist for the session.
Registered: The number of attendees that have selected, or been assigned to, the session.
This includes complete registrations only.
Cancelled: The number that have cancelled.
Waitlisted: The number currently on the waitlist for that session instance.
Attended: The number that attended.
No Show: The number that did not attend, although they were registered.
Click the Session Name or a number to open a Report Results window listing the registrations.
Usage Tips
Tip: Process waitlists by using Mass Actions in the Report Results window.
Drill down to the Waitlisted registrations.

Note: The Event Session Status Summary Report is only available if the Speaker and Session Management module is enabled for the account (in Plan > Configure > Options).

Custom reports
To list sessions, you can create a custom report of one of the report types under Session Data Reports or Speaker Session Data Reports when you click Add Report on the Reports List page.
