The Event Session Summary Report provides a summary of how many of each scheduled instance of an event's sessions have been selected by attendees.
The report includes all non-cancelled session reservations for attendees with "complete" registrations.
The report can be exported to Excel.
The report allows drilling down from each session in the report to see a list of attendees.
For each session instance, the report lists the following fields
- Date/Time is the date and time of the session instance as scheduled in the Grid View on the Speakers and Sessions page.
- Location is the location of the session instance as selected in the Grid View on the Speakers and Sessions page.
- Session Name is the name of the session as set in the Speakers and Sessions page.
- Registered is the number of attendees that have selected this session instance.
- Registered attendees have a Complete registration, an Active status, and a Balance Due of <= $0.
- Balance Due is the number of attendees with an outstanding Balance Due (Balance Due > $0) who have selected this session instance.
- Pending is the number of attendees with a Pending status who have selected this session instance.
- Cancelled is the number of attendees with cancelled registrations who selected this session instance.
- Total is the number of attendees with complete registrations who have selected this session instance.
- Total excludes cancelled registrations.
- Collected is the total dollar amount collected for this session instance if fees apply.
- Collected includes registered attendees only.
- You can click the Session Name or the number in the Total column to open a Report Results window listing all attendees registered for the session instance.
- You can click a number in Balance Due or Pending to open a Report Results window listing the attendees registered for the session instance who make up that number.
- You can click to export the report to Excel.
- Note: This report is only available if the Speaker and Session Management module is enabled for the account (Plan > Configure > Options).
