This article is for event organizers using the Certain platform.
Overview
- A summary of how many of each scheduled instance of the event's sessions have been selected by attendees.
- Note: Includes all non-cancelled session reservations for attendees with "complete" registrations.
- You can export the report to Excel.
- You can drill down from each session in the report to see a list of the attendees.
Report contents by session instance
- Date/Time — Date and Time of the session instance, as scheduled in the Grid View on the Speakers and Sessions Sessions page.
- Location — Location of the session instance, as selected in the Grid View on the Speakers and Sessions Sessions page.
- Session Name — Name of the session, as set in Speakers and Sessions Sessions.
- Registered — Number of attendees that have selected this session instance, and whose event registrations are Complete, in an Active status, and with a Balance Due <= $0.
- Balance Due — Number of attendees with an outstanding Balance Due (i.e. Balance Due > $0) who have selected this session instance.
- Pending — Number of attendees with event registrations in a Pending status who have selected this session instance.
- Cancelled — Number of attendees with cancelled event registrations who selected this session instance.
- Total — Number of attendees with complete registrations who have selected this session instance. (Excludes cancelled registrations.)
- Collected — Total dollar amount collected for this session instance, if fees apply. Includes registered attendees only.
- Click the Session Name or the number in the Total column to open a Report Results window listing all the attendees registered for that session instance.
- Click a number in one of the other columns (e.g. Balance Due or Pending) to open a Report Results window listing the attendees registered for that session instance who make up that number.
- Click to export the report to Excel.
- Note: This report (like the others under Event Session Summary Reports) is only available if the Speaker and Session Management module is enabled for the account (in Plan > Configure> Options).
