Mass Actions are actions that run automatically when the report is exported.

In a report’s setup, you can specify up to three Mass Actions to be triggered automatically when the report is exported.

Select the action(s) to be run automatically each time the report is exported.

The Mass Actions are organized under three drop-down lists.

Each drop-down list contains a sub-heading.

Set Standard Registration Properties contains actions such as Mark as complete.
Change Registration Status contains actions such as Change Status to New.
Change Attendee Type and Fee contains actions such as Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>.

Click Save to apply the settings.

Reports can be exported in two ways:

Automatically, when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
Explicitly from within the Report Results window, by clicking one of the Export Data links.
