Define Report Export Actions

As part of a report's setup, you can specify up to three Mass Actions to be triggered automatically when the report is exported.

Select the action(s) to be run automatically each time the report is exported.

These are listed under three sub-headings in the three drop-down lists:

• Set Standard Registration Properties
• Change Registration Status
• Change Attendee Type and Fee

Set Standard Registration Properties includes actions such as Mark as complete. Change Registration Status includes actions such as Change Status to New. Change Attendee Type and Fee includes actions such as Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>.

Click Save.

Reports can be exported in two ways:

• Automatically when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
• Explicitly from within the Report Results window, by clicking one of the Export Data links.
