Define Report Export Actions
Mass Actions are actions that can be triggered automatically when the report is exported.
As part of a report's setup, you can specify up to three Mass Actions to be triggered automatically when the report is exported.
Mass Actions are listed under three drop-down lists.
The three drop-down lists have the following sub-headings:
- Set Standard Registration Properties, e.g. "Mark as complete."
- Change Registration Status, e.g. "Change Status to New."
- Change Attendee Type and Fee, e.g. "Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>"
Click Save.

Reports export options
Reports can be exported in two ways.
- Automatic export: when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
- Explicit export: from within the Report Results window by clicking one of the Export Data links.
