Forms FAQ – Creating a New Form

In order to create a new registration form:

1. Go to Plan > Forms, and click Add Form. You will see the page. 2. After entering basic details about the form, click Submit. When the screen refreshes, you will see additional links in the Left Navigation panel, which you use to configure the form.

You may also copy an existing form on the Forms page. This is useful when your new form serves a similar purpose to an existing form.

Note: Help topics may include features about to be released.
