How to Copy an Event is a guide that explains how to locate an event in the Event List and create a copy with new details.
Steps to Copy an Event
- Go to the account — and on the Event List.
- Find the event to be copied.
- If the account has a small number of events, it may appear directly on the page.
- If the account contains more than a hundred events, use the search field to locate the specific event.
- The number of events displayed per page could be adjusted using the available pagination display settings.
- Once the event is located, you can now proceed with the Copy process.
- Click on the copy (paper icon) button towards the right of the event name.
- Select the information to be copied.
- Enter new information for the new event.
- Enter the new event's registration contact.
- Confirm the new event information.
- Click the Finish button.
