This article explains how to locate and copy an event in Certain.
Steps to copy an event
- Go to the account and open the Event List.
- Find the event to be copied.
- If the account has a small number of events, the event may appear directly on the page.
- If the account contains more than a hundred events, use the search field to locate the specific event.
- The number of events displayed per page can be adjusted using the available pagination display settings.
- Once the event is located, proceed with the Copy process.
- Click on the copy (paper icon) button towards the right of the event name.
- Select the information to be copied.
- Enter new information for the new event, and the new event's registration contact.
- Confirm the new event information.
- Click Finish to complete the copy.
