How to delete a registrant from an event
Here are the steps to delete a registrant from an event.
- Navigate to the event's dashboard by selecting Manage > Registrations.
- If information about the registrant's status or attendee type is available, click the total number of registrants.
- A pop-up will appear displaying the list of names.
- Select the checkbox beside the name of the registrant to be deleted.
- Choose Delete from database from the mass action drop-down menu.
- Click Go beside the mass action to confirm the process.
- Alternatively, click the Find button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Enter the registrant's details in the filter fields.
- Click the button on the lower-right corner.
- If reviewing the registrant's information before deletion is necessary, access the registrant's profile by clicking on their name instead of the checkbox.
- To delete from the registrant's profile, open the Profile tab and click the Delete button on the lower-right corner of the page.
- Note: Registrations with any attempted payments or refunds cannot be deleted.
- These registrations must be cancelled.
- If a registration was created in error and needs to be marked as "Test," contact Product Support for further assistance.
