How to delete a registrant from an event

Here are the steps to delete a registrant from an event:

Go to the event's dashboard to delete registrations in bulk

Go to the event's dashboard (Manage > Registrations).

You can click on the total number of registrants if you already have information about their status or attendee type.

A pop-up will appear displaying the list of names. Select the checkbox beside the desired name of the registrant to be deleted.

Choose Delete from database from the mass action drop down menu.

Click on Go beside the mass action to confirm the process.

Alternatively, delete a registrant using the Find filter

Alternatively, you can click the Find button located in the upper-right corner of the page.

Enter the registrant's details in the filter fields.

Click on the Search button on the lower-right corner.

If you need to review the registrant's information before deletion, you can access their profile by clicking on their name instead of the checkbox.

Delete from the registrant's profile

To delete from the registrant's profile, click on the Profile tab.

Click on the Delete button on the lower-right corner of the page.

> Note: (You cannot delete registrations with any attempted payments or refunds, successful or otherwise. These registrations must be cancelled. If this registration was created in error and needs to be marked as "Test" please contact Product Support for further assistance.)
