The following steps delete a registrant from an event.
Steps
1. Open the event's dashboard by selecting Manage > Registrations.
2. A pop-up displays the list of registrants.
3. Select the checkbox beside the registrant to be deleted.
4. Choose Delete from database from the mass action drop-down menu.
5. Click Go beside the mass action to confirm the process.
6. Alternatively, click Find located in the upper-right corner of the page.
7. Enter the registrant's details in the filter fields.
8. Click the Search button located in the lower-right corner.
9. If needed, review the registrant's information before deletion by clicking on the registrant's name instead of the checkbox.
10. To delete from the registrant's profile, open the registrant's profile by clicking the registrant's name, click the Profile tab, and click the Delete button in the lower-right corner of the page.
Note
- Registrations with any attempted payments or refunds cannot be deleted.
- These registrations must be cancelled.
- If this registration was created in error and needs to be marked as "Test," contact Product Support for further assistance.
