How to delete a registrant from an event
Here are the steps to delete a registrant from an event:
- Step 1: Go to the event's dashboard (Manage > Registrations).
- Step 2: Click on the total number of registrants if you already have information about their status or attendee type.
- Step 3: A pop-up will appear displaying the list of names.
- Step 4: Select the checkbox beside the desired name of the registrant to be deleted.
- Step 5: Choose Delete from database from the mass action drop down menu.
- Step 6: Click on "Go" beside the mass action to confirm the process.
- Step 7: Alternatively, click the Find button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Step 8: Enter the registrant's details in the filter fields.
- Step 9: Click on the Search button on the lower-right corner.
- Step 10: If you need to review the registrant's information before deletion, you can access the registrant's profile by clicking on the registrant's name instead of the checkbox.
- Step 11: To delete from the registrant's profile, click on the Profile tab.
- Step 12: Click on the Delete button on the lower-right corner of the page.
- Note: You cannot delete registrations with any attempted payments or refunds, successful or otherwise.
- Note: These registrations must be cancelled.
- Note: If this registration was created in error and needs to be marked as "Test" please contact Product Support for further assistance.
