This article explains how to remove a registrant from an event in the Certain platform.
Steps to delete a registrant from an event
- Go to the event's dashboard (Manage > Registrations).
- If you already have information about the registrant's status or attendee type, click the total number of registrants. A pop-up will appear displaying the list of names.
- Select the checkbox beside the desired registrant to be deleted.
- Choose Delete from database from the mass action drop down menu.
- Click Go beside the mass action to confirm the process.
- Alternatively, click the Find button located in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Enter the registrant's details in the filter fields.
- Click the Search button on the lower-right corner.
- If you need to review the registrant's information before deletion, access their profile by clicking on their name instead of the checkbox.
- To delete from the registrant's profile, click the Profile tab.
- Click the Delete button on the lower-right corner of the page.
Notes on deletion
- Registrations with any attempted payments or refunds cannot be deleted. These registrations must be cancelled.
- If a registration was created in error and needs to be marked as "Test," please contact Product Support for further assistance.
