How to enable Attendee to Attendee Messaging

Touchpoint supports attendee to attendee messaging, but this feature is turned off by default.

Turn on attendee to attendee messaging

1. From your event dashboard homepage, navigate to Main Navigation > Edit.

2. Select the Messages feature to view its settings.

3. Turn ON the "Allow attendees to send private messages to each other" setting.

4. Changes made on the Feature Settings page are saved automatically.
