Steps to Import and Update Accommodation Details
1. Navigate to the Import Section:
- Go to Plan > Accommodation > Import.
2. Select the Import Type:
- From the drop-down menu, select Room Reservation.
3. Choose Update Option:
- Click on Update Existing Reservation.
4. Upload the Excel File:
- Upload your Excel (.xlsx) file containing the accommodation details.
5. Map the Fields:
- Review the automatically mapped fields to ensure accuracy.
- Adjust the mapping if necessary to match your data.
6. Complete the Import:
- Click Complete Import to finalize the process.
