How to Import Accommodation Details

This article outlines the steps to import and update accommodation details for registrations. Follow the instructions below to successfully import and update your accommodation data.

Steps to Import and Update Accommodation Details

1. Navigate to the Import Section

Go to Plan > Accommodation > Import.

2. Select the Import Type

From the drop-down menu, select Room Reservation.

3. Choose Update Option

Click Update Existing Reservation.

4. Upload the Excel File

Upload your Excel (.xlsx) file containing the accommodation details.

5. Map the Fields

Review the automatically mapped fields to ensure accuracy. Adjust the mapping if necessary to match your data.

6. Complete the Import

Click Complete Import to finalize the process.

You can create new room reservations associated with existing registrations by importing an Excel or CSV file that includes a registration code. Download the "Sample_Room_Reservation_New.xlsx" template for your reference.
