This password must be communicated to attendees via email, badge, or other means.
Advantages

Before access to the app, users must request a password.
Access to user email accounts is required during this process.
Email account access verifies the users’ identities.
Users can request a password by the following options.

The optional one-time-use password allows the user to log in with that one-time-use password for 15 minutes after the request. Once authenticated, the user will not be logged out. If the password expires before the user logs in, the user may select the “Request a Password” link again to receive another email with another optional one-time-use password.

The organizer decides on one password that all users may use to log in to the app.
Each user uses this “universal” password along with the email address used for the event.
The universal password must be set by Certain. The organizer must provide the universal password value to Certain. Universal passwords must be at least 6 characters long. Universal passwords are case sensitive.
Advantages

- Anyone could use another person’s email address to log in and edit a profile.

1. Unlock Code.
2. Self-Registration.
3. Open Access.
1. Unlock Code

Self Registration is a login option where users enter their email address and name to identify themselves in the app.
This option does not restrict anyone from entering the app.
Anyone can create an account using an email address and name.
If restricting access is needed but interactive social features are also needed in an app that does not have a pre-defined attendee list, use an Unlock Code as the Primary method. Use Optional Self-Registration as the Secondary method.

The combination supports encouraging networking and social features. Networking and social features are available to users who choose to log in.
Advantages
