Login (Reviewer Portal)

On this page you configure the Login page the reviewer sees in the Reviewer Portal.
From that Login page a reviewer can log in to their personalized portal to review the sessions in the track(s) assigned to them. This can include their logging in via SSO, if that's configured for your system.
Login Details
Background Graphic
Click Browse to select and upload an image from your computer.
> Note: For best performance this graphic should be at least 2000 pixels wide by 1600 pixels tall, and n more than 400KB in size.
Choose the Position
Select the image representing your preference. Default: Vertical layout, with Login Fields below the custom layout (which you configure below).
Login Fields
sign-In Button
Button is the label on the button that the reviewer clicks to log in once they've entered their Username and Password.Default: "".
Forgot Password
Forgot Password is the link that a reviewer can click to receive an email with a link enabling them to reset their password.Default: "Forgot Password?"
Remember My Username
Remember My Username is the label for the check box the reviewer can select to have their browser remember their username.This selection speeds up subsequent logins.
Default: "Remember my Username".
Username
Username is the prompt text shown in the Username field.Default: "Username".
Password
Password is the prompt text shown in the Password field.Default: "Password".
Sign-In Setup
Sign-In Setup selects which one of these three sign-in options is to be available to reviewers signing in to the Reviewer Portal.Default: ID & Password.
All three options are available for selection if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for the event. This requires enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) in: Plan > Configure > Options at: Functional_Areas_Needed_by_This_Event. It also requires configuring an SSO connection for the event by an Administrator. The Administrator configures the SSO connection in: Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On.
Otherwise, only the first option is available. The other two options may be visible, but cannot be selected.
ID & Password
ID & Password is the sign-in option where the reviewer must enter their username and password.No SSO options are available.
If you select this option then you can customize the Button label on the button to log in once the reviewer has entered their Username and Password. Default = " ".
The fields for the reviewer's Username and Password are illustrated.
ID & Password + SSO
ID & Password + SSO is available only if SSO is enabled for the event.The reviewer may log in either with their username and password or by using a single sign-on option.
If you select this option then you must select which single sign-on(s) are available. The available single sign-on(s) come from those configured for the event in: Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On.
For example, you might enable them to log in using their LinkedIn credentials.
You can also customize an SSO Prompt to appear above those choices.
SSO ONLY
SSO ONLY is available only if SSO is enabled for the event.The attendee must use a single sign-on option. If you select this option then you must select which single sign-on(s) are available. The available single sign-on(s) come from those configured for the event in: Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On.
> Note: When an SSO option is used, the button seen by the reviewer on the Login page is as configured by an Administrator at the account level for that SSO. This configuration is in: Account Settings > Management > Single Sign-On at: button.
Layout
Custom Layout Area
Add and format your text here. Most of the buttons should be self-explanatory, except (Source code), which enables you to edit the HTML code directly instead of using the WYSIWYG editor.
The position of the text on the reviewers' actual Login page is determined by your choice under Choose the Login Position above.
Upload an Image
To add an image to the login page:
1. Click the spot in the layout editor where you want to place the image. 2. In the Upload an image ... field, click Browse, and select the file on your computer. 3. The image is displayed immediately in the layout. There isn't a separate "upload" step.
To resize the image
To resize the image, click it in the editor, and drag the handles on its corners (or sides).
To delete an image
To delete an image, click it in the layout, and press the Delete key.
