Overview
- On this page you configure the Login page the reviewer sees in the Reviewer Portal.
- A reviewer can log in to a personalized portal to review the sessions in the track(s) assigned to the reviewer.
- Single Sign-On (SSO) is a sign-on option that can be configured for the event, allowing login via an external identity provider if enabled.
Details
Background Graphic
- Background Graphic: Use the editor to upload an image representing the page.
- Click Browse to select and upload an image from the computer.
- Note: For best performance this graphic should be at least 2000 pixels wide by 1600 pixels tall, and not more than 400KB in size.
- Choose the Position: Select the image representing the preferred position.
- Default: Vertical layout, with Fields below the custom layout (which is configured below).
Button
- Button: The label on the button that the reviewer clicks to log in after entering the Username and Password.
- Default: "Sign In"
Forgot Password
- Forgot Password: The link that a reviewer can click to receive an email with a link enabling password reset.
- Default: "Forgot Password?"
Remember My Username
- Remember My Username: The label for the checkbox to remember the Username in the browser.
- Default: "Remember my Username"
Username
- Username: The prompt text shown in the Username field.
- Default: "Username"
Password
- Password: The prompt text shown in the Password field.
- Default: "Password"
Sign-In Setup
- Sign-In Setup: Select which one of three sign-in options is available to reviewers signing in to the Reviewer Portal.
- Default: ID & Password
- All three options are available if Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled for the event (on Plan > Configure > Options), and an SSO connection has been configured for the event (by an Administrator on Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On). Otherwise, only the first option is available; the other two may be visible, but cannot be selected.
ID & Password
- ID & Password: The reviewer must enter the Username and Password. No SSO options.
- If ID & Password is selected, the Sign In Button label can be customized. Default: "Sign In".
- The fields for Username and Password are illustrated.
ID & Password + SSO
- ID & Password + SSO: The reviewer may log in either with the Username/Password or by using a single sign-on option. (Available only if SSO is enabled for the event.)
- If ID & Password + SSO is selected, the user must select which single sign-on(s) are available (from those configured for the event on Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On).
- For example, LinkedIn credentials may be enabled.
- A Custom SSO Prompt can be shown above the SSO choices.
SSO ONLY
- SSO ONLY: The attendee must sign in using a single sign-on option. (Available only if SSO is enabled for the event.)
- If SSO ONLY is selected, the available single sign-on(s) must be chosen (from those configured for the event on Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On).
- Note: When an SSO option is used, the button seen on the Login page is configured at the account level for that SSO (on Account Settings > Management > Single Sign-On).
Custom Layout Area
- Custom Layout Area: Add and format text in this area. Most buttons should be self-explanatory, except the Source Code option, which enables editing the HTML code directly instead of using the WYSIWYG editor.
- The position of the text on the Login page is determined by the choice under Choose the Login Position above.
Upload an Image
- Upload an Image: To add an image to the login page:
1) Click the spot in the layout editor where the image should be placed.
2) In the Upload an image field, click Browse, and select the file on the computer.
3) The image appears immediately in the layout (no separate "upload" step).
4) To resize the image, click it in the editor, and drag the handles on its corners (or sides).
5) To delete an image, click it in the layout, and press the Delete key.
