Access: (Event) > Manage > Speakers and Sessions > Reviewer Portal.
From this page you configure the Login page that reviewers see in the Reviewer Portal.
From that Login page a reviewer can log in to their personalized portal to review the sessions in the track(s) assigned to them. This can include their logging in via SSO, if that is configured for your system.
Sign-In Setup
Sign-In Setup configures how reviewers authenticate to the Reviewer Portal.
Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that enables a user to sign in once and access multiple systems.
ID & Password
- The reviewer must enter their Username and Password.
- The Button label to log in after entering the Username and Password is customizable. Default: "".
- The fields for the reviewer's Username and Password are illustrated.
- Forgot Password is the link that a reviewer can click to receive an email with a link enabling them to reset their password. Default: "Forgot Password?"
- Remember My Username is the label for the checkbox that the reviewer can select to have their browser remember their username. Default: "Remember my Username"
- Username is the prompt text shown in the Username field. Default: "Username"
- Password is the prompt text shown in the Password field. Default: "Password"
ID & Password + SSO
- The reviewer may log in either with their username and password or by using a single sign-on option.
- If you select this option, you must then select which single sign-on(s) are available (from those configured for the event on Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On).
- For example, you might enable them to log in using their LinkedIn credentials.
- You can also customize an SSO Prompt to appear above those choices.
SSO ONLY
- The attendee must sign in using a single sign-on option.
- If you select this, you must then select which single sign-on(s) are available (from those configured for the event on Plan > Configure > Single Sign-On).
- Note: When an SSO option is used, the button seen by the reviewer on the Login page is as configured (by an Administrator) at the account level for that SSO (on Account Settings > Management > Single Sign-On).
Background Graphic
- Click Browse to select and upload an image from your computer.
- Note: For best performance this graphic should be at least 2000 pixels wide by 1600 pixels tall, and no more than 400KB in size.
- Choose the Position to determine the image representation on the page.
- Default: Vertical layout, with Fields below the custom layout (which you configure below).
Custom Layout Area
- Add and format your text here. Most of the buttons should be self-explanatory, except (Source code), which enables you to edit the HTML code directly instead of using the WYSIWYG editor.
- The position of the text on the reviewers' actual Login page is determined by your choice under Choose the Login Position above.
Upload an Image
- To add an image to the login page:
1. Click the spot in the layout editor where you want to place the image.
2. In the Upload an image field, click Browse, and select the file on your computer.
3. The image is displayed immediately in the layout. (There isn't a separate "upload" step.)
4. To resize the image, click it in the editor, and drag the handles on its corners (or sides).
5. To delete an image, click it in the layout, and press the Delete key.
