The Matched Roommates page shows a list of all matched roommate pairs.
These are room reservations that are being shared and have been matched.
Some roommates were manually matched by the planner.
Some roommates were matched by the auto-match feature on Accommodation > Roommates.
Registrants on this tab do not appear on the Pending tab.
Registrants on this tab do not appear on the Unmatched tab.
Columns Displayed and Sorting
The table includes the following columns: First Name, Last Name, Hotel, Room Type, Arrival, Departure, and Special Requests.
Any data fields selected as matching preferences on the Accommodation > Roommates page are listed here as columns.
If the Roommate Request option was selected on the Accommodation > Roommates page, the Roommate Request column is displayed.
All column names have Ascending and Descending sort options to sort the data by that column.
The Last Name column links to the Registrations > Accommodations page so the planner can make changes to room reservation details as necessary.
The Rolodex feature works on the currently selected column.
Matching Preferences and Roommate Request Column
The page includes data fields selected as matching preferences on the Accommodation > Roommates page and lists them as columns.
If the Registrants can provide a roommate request option, and that option was selected on the Accommodation > Roommates page, the Roommate Request column is displayed.
Rolodex and Navigation Behavior
The Rolodex feature operates on the currently selected column.
Tab Visibility
Registrants displayed on the Matched Roommates tab do not appear on the Pending or Unmatched tabs.
