Meeting Requests (Home)

Introduction

The Meeting Requests (Home) page is part of the Certain Help Center.

The page lists all meeting requests within the account.

The page allows viewing the status of meeting requests.

The page allows creating new meeting requests.

The page allows editing meeting requests.

The page allows approving meeting requests.

The page allows canceling meeting requests.

The page allows deleting meeting requests.

Users may need to switch the filter to view Upcoming meetings or My meetings to approve a meeting request.

Meeting Requests List View

The Meeting Requests List has the following columns for each meeting request.

Earliest Start shows Month, Day, Year for the meeting's earliest possible start date.

Status shows the meeting request's current status.

Incomplete indicates the requester did not complete the meeting request form.

Requested indicates the requester completed the meeting request form and is awaiting approval.

Approved indicates the approver has approved the meeting request and authorized a budget limit.

Denied indicates the approver denied the meeting request.

Cancelled indicates a user has cancelled the meeting request.

Planning indicates the meeting request was approved and converted to an event.

Location shows City, State or City, Country for non-U.S. addresses, if the requester entered this data in the request form.

Meeting Name is the name entered in the request form by the meeting requester.

Requester is the name of the requester; link takes you to the individual's profile page.

Approver is the name of the approver; link takes you to the individual's profile page.

Planner is the name of the user assigned to the meeting request/event as its planner, if one has been assigned. The link takes you to the individual's profile page.

Actions shows the actions that are currently available for the meeting request.

Approve - the link will take you to the approval form set up for that website.

View Event - for an approved meeting request that has been converted to an event.

Convert to Event - converts an approved meeting request into an event. The estimated budget for your meeting request is transferred to the existing event’s Management Budget Summary Report.

Edit the meeting request.

Copy the meeting request.

Cancel the meeting request.

Delete the meeting request.

Filters

Select one of these options in the Filter to choose which meeting requests are displayed.

All Meetings.

Upcoming Meetings.

My Meetings.

Archive.

Cancelled and Denied Meetings.

Click Add Meeting Request to create a new meeting request.

There are sections for comments and a prompt to submit a request if more questions remain.
