When an Event has more than 5,000 Registrations, no more Registrations will show under Registrations to Review - Potential Duplicates.
The only way to find potential duplicates when an Event has more than 5,000 Registrations is via an exported Excel file.
Searching for Duplicates via an Exported File
1. Create a Registrations type of Report with all desired fields (including the Full Name ). 2. Export to Excel. 3. Open the file. 4. Select the Full Name column. 5. In Excel, select Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate values > Set a color . 6. This will highlight all of the Registrations with the same names. 7. You can then review if the highlighted Registrations are duplicates and take action from there.
