Missing Potential Duplicates under Registrations To Review
When an Event has more than 5,000 Registrations, no more Registrations will show under Registrations to Review - Potential Duplicates.
The only way to search for potential duplicates when an Event has more than 5,000 Registrations is via an exported Excel file.
Searching for Duplicates via an Exported File
1. Create a Registrations type of Report with all desired fields (including the Full Name). 2. Export to Excel. 3. Open the file. 4. Select the Full Name column. 5. In Excel, select Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate values > Set a color. 6. The highlighting of duplicates shows all Registrations with the same Full Name. 7. A reviewer can review the highlighted Registrations to determine duplicates and take action.
