The Interactive Badge Game

Use Touchpoint’s interactive badge game to encourage networking among attendees, sponsors and exhibitors.

Use the Leaderboard to allow attendees to check progress and see who’s in the lead.

Earned badges are displayed on an attendee’s profile.

You should give some thought upfront to how you’d like to set up the interactive badge game. This article provides hints, tips, and things to think about.

Let’s Get Started!

It’s your game; you make the rules.

You may allow attendees to earn badges by checking in to specific agenda sessions and exhibitor booths.

You may allow attendees to earn a badge by logging in to the app and taking a survey.

You set all rules for the interactive badge game.

You should get folks involved early by having some easy-to-earn badges. You should add the badge most often as an easy-to-earn badge. You should add more challenging badges to keep attendees interested. You should encourage networking, sponsor interaction, attendee feedback, and other conference objectives using this fun, interactive game.

Set the Rules

1. Select the Badges feature under Related Resources from the left side menu of your Event Dashboard.

2. Click New Badge to create a new badge rule.

3. Select a goal to associate with your new badge.

4. Under Badge Setup, enter a Name and Description for the badge.

5. Upload a Badge Image under Badge Setup.

6. This information will be visible to app users by tapping "Badges" under the Leaderboard button.

7. Under the specific Goal Setup for the type of Badge Goal you have chosen, fill in the requested information to set up your Badge Goal.

8. Click Save.

Promote the Game

Announce your badge game to your attendees in an email before your event.

Promote the badge game on event signage.

Promote the badge game in the app under your Info button.
