Certain 8.0 is released with improvements to the Event Reports area. Small touches include the ability to search reports. The update groups column fields. The update also provides more details around Report Types. These changes are geared towards simplifying the process of creating, updating, and finding Event-level Reports.
Improvements to the Report List page
The Report List page has a cosmetic overhaul. A Search ability has been added to the top of the list. Users no longer need to scroll through all custom reports to find a single report.
Identify the Report you need to create, faster!
When adding a Report, the Report Type selection area is easier to navigate. When a user selects the type, a description and example are displayed. This update makes it easier to identify which report type to use to get the results users are looking for.
Easier to locate the correct Data Fields for Report Columns
With many fields that users can add as columns to reports, it can be difficult to identify which fields are important. It can also be difficult to identify what the fields refer to. With the 8.0 update, the Available Data Fields for Columns now have group headers. These group headers help users find the fields to include in reports.
Advanced Options
To clean up the Navigation area in reports, and to help focus on the most used areas, the update grouped some less used Advanced reports features into one area. The area is labeled "Advanced".
