PAGE (Custom Report Header and Footer)

PAGE (Custom Report Header and Footer) allows you to customize the header and footer that appear on every page of a custom report. The formats supported are Printable HTML, Acrobat PDF, Printable Excel, and Excel Spreadsheet. The header and footer are edited and formatted using the HTML Editor. Images in headers and footers do not display in the Excel formats.

Dynamic data fields

To add dynamic data fields to the header or footer, use the drop-down list. The drop-down list includes Report fields, User fields, and Event fields. Then click the place where you want the data field to appear. Click Add to Header or Add to Footer. The field appears in the HTML Editor area and can be formatted if necessary.

HTML Editor notes

Note: If the HTML editor area is a plain text box without a toolbar, the Enable CKEditor setting has been cleared by the administrator. You can still enter HTML code directly and append fields.

PDF note

Note: For PDF output, any images should be uploaded, not embedded as HTTP links.
