PAGE (Custom Report Header and Footer)

Here you can customize the header and footer that appear on every page of a custom report.

The header and footer appear on every page of a custom report that is in one of these formats: Printable HTML, Acrobat PDF, Printable Excel, Excel Spreadsheet.

Edit and format the header and footer using the HTML Editor.

Note: Images in headers and footers do not display in either of the Excel formats.

To add dynamic data fields to the header or footer:

1. Select the field in the drop-down list, which includes Report fields, User fields, and Event fields. 2. Click the place where you want the data field to appear. 3. Click Add to Header or Add to Footer. 4. The field is shown in the HTML Editor area, where you can format it if necessary.

Note: If the HTML editor area is a plain text box without a toolbar, that’s because your system administrator has cleared the Enable CKeditor check box on Account Settings > Implementation > Security for your account. You can however, still enter HTML code directly, and can still append fields.

Note: For PDF output, any images should be uploaded, not embedded as http links.
