Power Template - Excel File Sections
Section 1: Event Configuration
Pages: 1-1Event Configuration section describes modifications to the content and design elements of the event website and form. The modifications determine how information is presented on the event site. The modifications apply to both the event website and the attendee interaction form. The purpose of these adjustments is to tailor the template to the needs of individual events. Within this section, the scope includes defining which areas of the site are customizable and how those areas interact with other template components. The aim is to enable organizers to adapt the template to different event contexts without altering the underlying structure. The Event Configuration section also sets expectations for how subsequent sections will customize the specific content areas such as banners, agendas, speaker profiles, sponsor details, venue listings, and FAQs. In summary, this section provides the high-level authority to adjust what appears and how it appears on the event pages and forms. The Section emphasizes that changes here shape the overall template behavior rather than implementing specific content changes.
Section 2: Banner Section
Pages: 1-1Banner Section describes how banner imagery is configured for the event template. The Banner Section supports multiple banner images that rotate automatically through a carousel. The carousel operates with five-second intervals. If only one image is provided, the banner remains static. A single row can include Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile banner images to ensure device-specific displays are appropriate. If Tablet or Mobile images are not provided, the Desktop image serves as a fallback. Banner images may be cropped when resized to fit device dimensions. Each row provides Sub-Heading, Heading, and Description fields to overlay on the image. The overlay fields are optional and may be left blank or partially filled. To update banner images, upload files to Assets and copy file paths into the Image Path column. Assets are located at Plan > Display > Assets. The copy path procedure is to right-click the image and select Copy File Path. This section outlines the workflow for managing banner content within the Excel file.
Section 3: Agenda Section
Pages: 1-1Agenda Section describes changes to the content within the Agenda Section, including the Sub-Heading and Heading. An agenda item does not require a Speaker image, Speaker Name, or Speaker Title. The related fields can be left blank if desired. When creating a new Day, a blank row should be placed above the Day. To update images for the Agenda Section, upload images to the Assets and copy the file paths into the Image Path column. Assets are located at Plan > Display > Assets. The copy path process is to right-click the image and select Copy File Path. This section provides a workflow for adjusting agenda content and associated visuals within the template.
Section 4: Speaker Section

To update images for the Speaker Section, upload images to the Assets and copy the file paths into the Image Path column. Assets are located at Plan > Display > Assets. The copy process is to right-click the image and choose Copy File Path. This section guides how to manage speaker visuals and related text fields within the Excel file, ensuring consistency with other content blocks.
Section 5: Sponsor Section
Pages: 1-1Sponsor Section describes changes to the content within the Sponsor Section, including the Sub-Heading, Heading, and Description. The Type column allows separation of sponsors into Tiers, and the Tier labels can be named as needed. The Link column provides a clickable hyperlink attached to a sponsor’s image. Section 6: Venue Section
Pages: 1-1Venue Section describes changes to the Venue Section content, including the Sub-Heading and Heading. The Venue Section can list multiple venues, with one venue per row. If multiple venues are listed, the listings may alternate or adjust. Each venue can display either an Embed Map or an Image next to its information. To embed a map, access Google Maps, locate the address, choose Share, select Embed a Map, copy the HTML, and paste into the Excel sheet. To add an image, upload the image to the Assets and copy the file path into the Image Path column. Each venue can also have an external website button with a Label and Hyperlink. This section outlines how to present multiple venues and map or image options within the template.
Section 7: FAQ Section

The FAQ Section complements the other sections by providing a clear, categorized information area for attendees.
