As part of our Certain Digital release, this integration allows Certain and ON24 to talk to each other and share information.
There are two areas that need to be configured: On24 and Signal Connector. This article describes what is needed to prepare the ON24 application.
Steps to prepare ON24
1. If not already enabled, request directly from ON24 that access is enabled to all endpoints.
2. Go to account, then Analytics, then API Dashboard.
3. Provision New API Access token.
4. You will need the following for your connection:
