Profile History

Certain features track changes to a person's profile on the History page.

The profile history contains all changes to the profile.

The profile history also maintains a record of emails sent to the profile outside of any event.

In the Profile History view, you can view history items.

You can add notes to history items.

Profile History provides basic information about each change made to the attendee's registration.

These items display the date, the user, the action, and the summary description of the change.

If you would like to add an additional item to the profile history, click the link Add a history record.

When a history row is clicked, additional information about that row is displayed below.

The information appears in the Details for row x section.

For example, clicking an email record displays the text of the email in the details area.
