About Profiles
A profile contains contact and other information for individuals who might attend events. Profiles may be potential attendees, previous attendees, existing customers or members, exhibitors, sponsors, and so on. Profiles enable you to invite and track attendees across multiple events under the same account.
John Citizen's profile record includes his name, email address, phone number, etc. The profile record includes details that do not change from one event to another.
Each account has its own database of profiles. Profiles are stored in the account where the profiles are created. Profiles are not visible to other accounts.
A new profile is created automatically with every new registration that is entered into the database. A new profile is created either from the Planner side or the Attendee side. A new profile is created unless the registration is tied to an existing profile.
