Profiles FAQ - Searching Profiles

Planners can search for profiles in any accounts they have access to.

You can search for a profile using the following criteria:

Standard Filters

Standard Filters search using one or two date intervals. Date intervals can be applied to Date Created, which is the date the profile was created, or Date Modified, which is the date the profile was last modified.

Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters search up to six fields, including all standard profile fields and any custom profile fields you have defined.

In order to broaden your search, use a "%" as a wildcard to return any number of characters. For example, First Name = "Bo%y" will return Borry, Bosey, Bothey, etc.
