Profiles FAQ - Searching Profiles

This article is for planners.

Planners can search for profiles in any accounts to which the planner has access.

The search can use the following criteria:

Standard Filters

Standard Filters allow searching using one or two date intervals.

Date Created is the date the profile was created.

Date Modified is the date the profile was last modified.

Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters allow searching on up to six fields.

The six fields include all standard profile fields.

The six fields also include any custom profile fields defined by the user.

To broaden the search, a percent sign (%) can be used as a wildcard to return any number of characters. For example, First Name = "Bo%y" can be used. This search will return Borry, Bosey, Bothey, etc.
