Query (Find) Registrations
The Query Registrations page enables you to quickly find registrants using detailed searches.

How to Use the Query Registrations Page
- Build your query using the options included in the Filters section below.
- The default columns to query are First Name, Last Name, Email, Reg Code, Organization, and Username.
- Change and/or add columns as necessary.
- Click to display a Report Results window listing the registrations that match your query.
- As for any Report Results, you can then perform Actions (such as Compose Email or Manage Itineraries), or run Mass Actions (such as setting properties or changing status), or click a result number link in the first column to open that registrant's record.
Filters
- Use this section to find registrants based on profile and/or registration information.
Columns
- There are five columns pre-selected, joined by "and": First Name, Last Name, Email, Reg Code, and Organization.
- To change any of them, select a data field from the drop-down list.
- The fields available are under several sub-headings:
- Standard Profile Fields (e.g. First Name, Last Name, etc.)
- Custom Profile Data Fields (as set up for the account by an administrator, on Account Settings > Registration > Profile Data)
- Standard Registration Fields (e.g. Attendee Type, Registration Status, etc.)
- Registration Appointment Fields (if the Appointments Module is enabled, e.g. Primary Location, Number of Appointments, Number of Appointment Preferences)
- Custom Registration Data Fields (as set up for the event on Plan > Event Setup > Questions)
- Registration Financial Fields (e.g. Registration Fee Code, Total Charges, etc.)
- Registration Accommodation Fields (e.g. Number Rooms Requested, etc.)
- Primary Room Reservation Fields (e.g. Primary Room Hotel Code, Primary Room Arrival, etc.)
- Standard Event Fields (e.g. Event Name, Event Code, etc.)
- Location/Venue Fields (e.g. Event Name, Event Code, etc.)
Operator
- Select the operator to use in assessing the Value you enter or select.
- The following operators are available:
- = (Equals)
- > (Greater than, numeric values only)
- < (Less than, numeric values only)
- >= (Greater than or equal to, numeric values only)
- <= (Less than or equal to, numeric values only)
- <> (Does not equal)
- is one of (A list of items against which the field will be evaluated)
- is not one of (A list of items against which the value cannot be in the list)
- contains (String of characters that appears anywhere within the field)
- does not contain (String of characters that should not be found anywhere within the field)
- begins with (String of characters at the beginning of the field)
- does not begin with (String of characters that should not be found at the beginning of the field)
- ends with (String of characters at the end of the field)
- does not end with (String of characters that is not found at the end of the field)
- is blank (The field has nothing in it)
- is not blank (The field has any value in it)
Value
- Enter the value on which to search.
- To add additional criteria, first select an appropriate value in the drop-down list of conjunctions at the beginning of the next row: and, or, )and(, )or(
- Another set of Columns / Operator / Value fields is displayed. You can repeat that for additional sets as necessary, combining the conjunctions to make your logic as complex as required.
Standard Filters
- Use this section to find registrants based on any combination of these four filters:
- Complete – [Any], Yes, or No. Is the person's registration complete?
- Registered – [Any], Yes, or No. Is the person registered?
- Status Type – Accepted, Pending, Cancelled, or Denied. (Every registration status is classified as being one of these four types.)
- Date Filters – Use this section to find registrants based on when various registration-related actions occurred.
Date Filters
- For each of and Interval #2:
- Time Period – Select an existing time period or specify your own date range. Enter your own date (MM/DD/YYYY) and time (HH:MM AM or PM) in the From and To text fields or use the pop-up calendar.
- Interval #1 – Select a date field to evaluate. Options include Standard Profile Fields, Standard Registration Fields, Primary Room Reservation Fields, Standard Event Fields, and Location/Venue Fields.
