Questions Section Details (Registration Form)

To add a Questions section to a registration form, click Add New in the List of Questions Sections heading on the Plan > Forms > Questions page for that form.

To edit an existing one, click Edit on its row in the list of Questions Sections on the Plan > Forms > Questions page for that form.

You can create up to 10 questions sections. Each questions section can be configured with section display conditions to determine whether the questions section is displayed.

If all three fields are blank, the form shows no header for the questions section.

Once a questions section is named and saved here, it is included in the list of questions sections under Available Sections on the Plan > Forms > Setup page, where you choose which questions sections to add to the form.

Show these Questions in this Section

Type any part of a question name to restrict the list to those which match.

Select a category to restrict the list to questions in that category:

Display Conditions

Select one of these two options:

No logic affects the display.

This is like a Logic Rule you would configure in a Logic section, but is built into the form section itself.
