Registrations FAQ - Modifying Registration Details

Overview

To change the details of a single registration, first find the registration. Then navigate to its overview page. From that page, use the links in the Left Navigation Panel to go to the page with the details you wish to modify.

Profile

The Attendee Profile page shows demographic data such as name, address, and phone. The Profile page includes Registration Information, which includes the Attendee Type, Registration Status, Group, Registration Properties, and Custom Registration Properties, which you can edit. The Profile page includes Availability Information if the Appointments Module is enabled for the event.

Questions

Custom Profile Information lists the attendee's answers to any custom questions included on the registration form.

Agenda

Lists the agenda items that the attendee selected in their registration.

Sessions

Shown only if Speaker and Session Management is enabled for the event. Lists the sessions for which the attendee is registered.

Financials

View and apply payments and refunds.

History

Tracks changes to the attendee's registration details.

Email

Enables the planner to email the attendee.

Accommodations

Details of room reservations and room sharing status and preferences. Shown only if the Accommodation module is enabled for the event.

Travel

Details of the attendee's travel arrangements, including flights, and traveler information. Shown only if the Travel module is enabled for the event.
