Removing Access to a Sub-Account

There is no option to delete Sub-Accounts within the Certain Platform. The Certain Platform provides a method to remove access to a specific Sub-Account for all Users.

Removing Access to a Sub-Account

Navigate to Account Settings > Administration > Sub-Account.

Select the Sub-Account.

Uncheck the Active option.

Click Save.
