Removing Access to a Sub-Account

There is no option within Certain Platform to delete Sub-Accounts. You have the option to remove access to a specific Sub-Account for all Users.

Removing Access to a Sub-Account

1. Navigate to Account Settings > Administration > Sub-Account. 2. Select the Sub-Account. 3. Uncheck the Active option. 4. Click Save.
