Removing Access to a Sub-Account

There is no option within Certain Platform to delete Sub-Accounts. Removing access to a specific Sub-Account is available for all Users.

Steps to remove access

1. Navigate to Account Settings > Administration > Sub-Account.

2. Select the Sub-Account.

3. Uncheck the Active option.

4. Click Save.
