Report History
This Report History page displays a history of all Changes Reports and reports that contain the full Credit Card Number run on data within the current account.
The report types that can be configured as Changes Reports:
- The report type Registrations can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Registration Agenda can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Roommates can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Room Reservations can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Registrations and Travel can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Travel Flights can be configured as a Changes Report.
- The report type Travel Reservations can be configured as a Changes Report.
This list returns the last 90 days of history data.
The page shows a row for each instance when such a report was run, with the following columns:
- Date is the date and time the report was run or exported.
- Report Type is the type of the report. Example: Registrations.
- User is the name of the user who ran the report.
- Report Name is the Report’s name.
- Event Title is the Event Name plus Start Date plus Location (City, State or City, Country for non-US), as it appears in the page header within an event.
- Link to download 1 year history (CSV file) is the link to download a CSV file of the history. This one-year history file includes the fields shown in the Report History, not the full details of the saved data sets.
Note: Certain's data cleansing routine keeps the report history for one year. The routine purges the report’s full data set 90 days after the event ends or 90 days after the report was run, whichever is more recent.
