Overview Reports can be delivered in several formats.

Formatted HTML
- (Also called "Report Results Window").
- Results are displayed in the standard Certain reporting interface.
- This window includes links to perform mass actions, export, and perform other functions.
Printable HTML
- Results are displayed in a printer-friendly HTML format.
Acrobat PDF
- The Printable HTML report is exported to Acrobat PDF format and can be opened or saved.
Printable Excel
- The “Formatted HTML” table is saved or opened as a file in Excel format, with no conversion of numerical data.
Excel Spreadsheet
- Numerical data is converted to the optimal format for use in Excel.
Comma-Delimited Text File
- The report is delivered as a comma-delimited text file (.csv) for importing into other software.
Tab-Delimited Text File
- The report is delivered as a tab-delimited text file (.txt). This file format can be easily imported into many common database applications.
