Reports FAQ - Registrations to Review
This report displays the number of registrations in several miscellaneous categories. You can click a number to view a detailed list of the registrations in a separate Report Results window. You can click to export the report to Excel.
Deleted Registrations
Deleted Registrations are registrations that were "deleted" from the event by clearing the Is Active? check box in the registration.
Test Registrations
Test Registrations are registrations that were entered when the form was in test mode.
Test Registrations are also registrations that were marked as "test" registrations.
Potential Duplicates
Potential Duplicates are potential duplicates found by performing a search on the first three letters of the first name and the entire last name.
All registrations that match the criteria are displayed in a Report Results window.
> Note: This report is not run automatically each time the page is loaded. > In order to search for potential duplicates, you must run the report by clicking the Click to update list of potential duplicates ( Profile Name: Click to update list of potential duplicates based on profile first and last name or Profile Email: Click to update list of potential duplicates based on profile email ) links.
Positive Net Payment received
Positive Net Payment received are registrations where payment was entered but some potential issue exists.
Positive Net Payment received includes several categories listed below.
Balance Due
Balance Due are these attendees who have paid some money.
Balance Due includes attendees who still owe charges for the event.
Paid But Incomplete
Paid But Incomplete are these attendees who have paid.
Paid But Incomplete includes attendees who have not completed their registration.
Pending
Pending are pending attendees.
Pending requires attention from the planner to place the pending attendees into an Active registration status.
Denied
Denied are these attendees who were marked denied by the planner.
Cancelled
Cancelled are these attendees who have paid but cancelled.
Inactive
Inactive are these attendees who paid.
Inactive includes attendees who have been removed from the database by the planner.
Inactive is not recommended to delete registrations with payments because it can cause problems later when reconciling transactions.
