Subtotals can be displayed on printable report formats: Adobe PDF and Printable HTML.
Subtotals appear underneath each column selected for display.
Subtotals show the sum of numeric data for the data fields selected.
Subtotals show the maximum value of numeric data for the data fields selected.
Subtotals show the minimum value of numeric data for the data fields selected.
Subtotals show the average value of numeric data for the data fields selected.
The subtotal page includes two options to display the total number of records per group.
The first option is "Display number of records next to each group".
The second option is "Display grand total number of records at the bottom of the report".
The subtotal capability is useful for reports that group profiles by organization.
You can display subtotals for the columns that contain numeric data.
To show subtotals for a data field, select the Sum check box.
To show subtotals for a data field, select the Maximum check box.
To show subtotals for a data field, select the Minimum check box.
To show subtotals for a data field, select the Average check box.
You may select multiple check boxes.
The subtotals display in a row beneath each report grouping, or at the bottom of the report if no groupings are designated.
